Three New Clients, One Strong Start to 2026 for Poke Marketing

Award-winning Liverpool-based marketing agency Poke Marketing has kicked off the year with a trio of significant client wins, reinforcing its position as a leading strategic partner for brands across hospitality, charity and placemaking.

The new projects span restaurant groups, charities and cultural destinations, showcasing Poke Marketing’s breadth of expertise and its ability to work collaboratively to deliver meaningful, audience-led marketing strategies.

P&D Group

Poke Marketing has been appointed by Liverpool-based restaurant group P&D Group to lead on strategic positioning across its growing portfolio of venues, including Il Forno (set to relaunch as Botanico later this month), Panoramic, and the Italian Quarter.

Working closely with owners, the Cillo Family, Poke is shaping how the group brings an authentic ‘Italian Experience’ to life across all venues, defining a unifying strategic narrative while ensuring each location uniquely reflects different elements of Italian culture and the Italian way of life, reinterpreted for a Liverpool market.

Claire House

Poke Marketing is also working with Claire House Children’s Hospice to support its plans to build a second hospice at its site in West Derby Liverpool, the agency will be developing the messaging and campaign strategy around this major milestone for the charity.

The plans for the new hospice will allow Claire House to extend its vital support to more seriously ill babies, children and young adults across the city, building on the incredible impact it already delivers. The project represents something Liverpool can be deeply proud of – a specially designed space dedicated to care, compassion and community.

Poke was selected for the project due to its deep understanding of Liverpool audiences, underpinned by its previous work with organisations such as Alder Hey Children’s Hospital, Knowsley Safari Park and Liverpool Cathedral. The agency is working closely with Claire House stakeholders, including Clair Bedford and Hannah Shannon, to ensure the campaign resonates locally while reflecting the charity’s core values and mission.

Port Sunlight Village Trust

Completing the trio of wins, Poke Marketing has been appointed by Port Sunlight Village Trust to deliver a full brand review and refresh following a highly competitive pitch process.

Chosen for its expertise in visitor economy, placemaking and destination branding, Poke will develop a new brand that does justice to Port Sunlight’s unique heritage, community and sense of place, while supporting its future ambitions as a world-class visitor destination.

The agency is now working with client Brian Pilkington and the wider Port Sunlight Village Trust team to bring the brand to life.

Speaking on the wins, Poke Marketing Director Andrew Binns said:

“The projects reflect a strong start to the year and the agency’s continued focus on strategy-led, collaborative work that delivers real impact.  With momentum already building, Poke Marketing looks set for another standout year, partnering with ambitious organisations across Liverpool City Region and beyond”.
